Notification of the END of the Affordable Connectivity Program Benefits

Due to a lack of additional funding from Congress, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has ended the Affordable Connectivity Program, effective April, 2024..

If you have been receiving the ACP benefit, please be aware that your final benefit will be applied to your services in the month of April.

What this means for participants of the ACP:

• All recipients of the ACP benefits, not just Swyft customers, will be affected.
• Your April Swyft bill will reflect the $30 ACP credit. After April, households will no longer receive the discount on their Swyft bill.
• Unless you call in advance to cancel or downgrade, your Swyft services will automatically continue and the amount you owe monthly will increase by $30.
• You may cancel your services at any time without incurring early termination fees.
