Coax Internet and Cable TV

Due to the recent completion of our advanced Fiber-to-the-Home network in several markets, and the pending completion of 100% fiber systems in other existing markets, Swyft has begun retiring Legacy Coax TV services in stages.

The first legacy TV services to be retired are the Basic TV and Expanded Basic TV packages. As of 4/15/2024, those legacy TV packages has been retired in these markets:

• Jena, LA
• Jonesville, LA
• Ferriday, LA
• Collins, MS

Swyft will begin retiring the remaining legacy coax TV services, in stages, beginning on 5/31/2024.

Once retired, the cable TV service will end in all markets. The Swyft legacy TV packages that will be retired are:

1. Digital Basic TV
2. Digital Expanded TV
3. Digital Premier TV

Many existing customers receiving this notification have already moved over to fiber services, which include 100Mbps x 100Mbps, 250Mbps x 250Mbps, and 1Gbps x 1Gbps fiber internet plans, as well as SwyftTV for streaming television. Click here to see package details. If you have already initiated an upgrade to fiber, you may disregard this message.

If you have not yet initiated an upgrade to SwyftTV or to fiber services and wish to continue receiving tv services through Swyft, you must do one of the following prior to the end-of-service date:

1. Call (833) 467-9938 and speak to a representative
2. Visit https://services.swyftconnect.com to select your new fiber plan and schedule your installation
3. Log into your account at https://my.swyftconnect.com to choose your fiber services and schedule the installation. If you have not already created an account, visit https://portalsignup.swyftconnect.com to create your account and get login credentials.

Please note that the installation fee will be waived for existing customers who process their order by their end-of-service date. This is a $250 savings.
