Verifying Your Email Address and Reset Passwords in the New Customer Service Portal

After the recent customer service portal upgrade, Swyft Connect subscribers are now required to create new login credentials to access the portal. This includes verifying your email address and resetting your password.

If your account was not originally established with an email address, please contact a customer service representative at 833.467.9938 for personal assistance.

By default, the username is set to the email address that was used to originally set up the account, and a new password must be generated prior to login. If you try to log in before verifying your email, you will see this type of message in the portal:

Once you have successfully verified your email address, you can proceed to creating/resetting your password.

The easiest way to generate the password is by choosing the "Don't remember your password?" option, and then following the instructions. This process is detailed below.

Reset Passwords

Step 1 - Navigate to https://my.swyftconnect.com. You will see a login prompt like below.

Click the "Don't remember your password" link and you will then see the prompt to enter your email address. Remember, this must be the email address that was used to set up the account. Otherwise, contact customer service at 833.467.9938 for assistance.

Step 2 - Once you submit your email address, check your email for a confirmation message. Click the link to confirm the password change. If you do NOT see this email in your inbox, check your Spam folder.

Step 3 - You must confirm your email prior to successfully logging into the portal.

Once you confirm your password, you will be able to log into the new customer support portal at https://my.swyftconnect.com!
