Recent Changes to the New Customer Service Portal
In order to provide a more streamlined and secure customer service experience, Swyft Connect is launching an upgraded subscriber portal as of 12/21/2022.
As a Swyft Connect customer, you will now log in at https://my.swyftconnect.com to manage your account activity.Â
Due to this upgrade, there are 3 important changes to be aware of:
- Your username is the email address used to initially set up your account. If you did not have an email address associated with your account, call 833.467.9938 and a customer support representative will assist you.
- You will need to initiate a password reset to establish your login to the new portal. You can find detailed instructions on our website at https://swyftconnect.comhelp.
- Customers who had previously set up automated payments via bank draft (ACH) will need to reestablish their auto-pay option.
