SwyftFiber provides mobile applications to help facilitate and deliver services. Our apps are available on the Apple iOS and Google Android platforms.

SwyftIQ Mobile Application Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the SwyftIQ App. Please read this privacy statement carefully, along with our General Privacy Policy, to understand how information collected by the App will be treated. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, you should not install, use, or access the SwyftIQ App.

Data Collection purpose and usage

This mobile application collects data (detailed below) for these purposes:

(1) To allow a subscriber to manage and monitor their router and its connected devices.
(2) To allow a user to configure Service Provider services such as parental control and network security.

You may request to have collected data modified or deleted by completing the Data Modification Request Form below. Doing so may limit or prevent the usage of your App.

  • Settings (Name, Password, Email, Passcode/PIN, Language, Alerts, T&C, Privacy Policy)
  • Wifi data (SSID, Security Type, Password)
  • Enable/disable services (ProtectIQ, ExperienceIQ)
  • ProtectIQ security settings
    • Details (uptime, total of
      virus/threats/intrusions detection)
    • Intrusion settings, trusted list, skipped devices
  • ExperienceIQ settings
    • Restrictions - Content (violence, gambling, alcohol..etc), Applications
      (YouTube..etc) Websites and People
    • Priorities settings (traffic, devices)
  • People profile settings
  • Alert notifications

From Subscriber Router

  • Router IP address
  • Router MAC address
  • List of Wi-Fi clients
  • Active subscriber - For as long as the subscriber is active with the Customer
  • Inactive subscriber - 3 months
  • App usage data – 30 days

Data Processing

The data is process to enable the subscriber to manage their Wi-Fi configuration, alarm notifications and profile/network settings.

Children Under the Age of 16

The App is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and Swyft does not knowingly collect personal data of children under 16, without parental consent. If you believe Swyft might have any information from or about a child under 16, please notify us by completing the Request Form below.

 

SwyftTV App Privacy Policy

This service does not keep any personal user data other than what is required for subscription on the service providers web site. Such data are only accessible by the service provider and are only used for billing and support purposes.

Personal preferences, recordings and history are stored encrypted and may be accessed only by the applications of a registered user.
